I’m still hungry like I never ate; progress

Happiness is a good Motivator

CrossFit “Grace” workout is 30 repetitions. I did mine at 75 pounds. You have to complete them as fast as you can, I am just grateful I have gotten I am strength back. It’s full speed ahead from here.

Danni is the kind of cross fit instructor that will push you to your limit but also encourage you. I am grateful for that.
