I am grateful for my progress thus far. It took me 2 years to be able to do these toes to bar!

Happiness is a good Motivator

CrossFit “Grace” workout is 30 repetitions. I did mine at 75 pounds. You have to complete them as fast as you can, I am just grateful I have gotten I am strength back. It’s full speed ahead from here.
